Environmental Science Databases

Academic Search Ultimate

Biological and Agricultural Index Plus offers access to more than 90 full-text journals and indexes abstracts for more than 500 publications on biology, environmental science, horticulture, wildlife management and more.

Agricola (AGRICultural OnLine Access) is a database produced by the National Agricultural Library (NAL), consisting of two types of records. Citations for journal articles with abstracts and bibliographic records describing monographs, serials, AV materials and online content from around the world.

Greenfile indexes over 1 million records (and contains access to over 14,000 records) on the environmental effects of individuals, corporations and governments. This information is useful for researchers of climate change, pollution, sustainable agriculture and more.

Oceanic Abstracts is a database that provides editorially-curated resources pertaining to the marine and brackish water environment, covering topics such as marine biology and physical oceanography, fisheries, aquaculture, meteorology and geology, and environmental, technological, and legislative issues and policy.

GeoRef provides access to the most comprehensive geoscience literature of the world. GeoRef contains millions of references to geoscience maps, serials, non-serial literature and even contains references to all publications of the U.S. Geological Survey.
