The library can point you to free graphic design programs which make creating compelling content easy. If you need a simple, graphic design program, we recommend you use Canva, a free web-based graphic tool that allows you to easily create and manipulate various types of graphics.
Suggested projects:
- Creating fliers, banners or infographics.
- Simple image editing for a presentation.
To get started, you will need to set up a free Canva account. However, it is easy to sign up using your SJCME email account by clicking the Log In with Google option.
Canva has many tutorials available to acquaint you with the interface, help you learn the basics of graphic design, and give you ideas on how to create, publish and share your work. For a brief introduction to Canva, check out the video below:
