What Projects Would You Use This For?

Narrating a slide show is easy with online tools. VoiceThread is a collaborative, multimedia slideshow that holds images, documents, and videos. It and allows viewers to navigate slides and leave comments in 5 ways - recording their voice (with a mic or telephone), typing text, uploading an audio file, or recording video (via a webcam).

Suggested projects:

- Any presentation you would give in front of your class.

- Presentations with multiple group members.

- Any presentation that involves discussion with other members of the class.

Start Using VoiceThread

There are multiple ways to use VoiceThread, both on web browser, ​and on ​​​​mobile apps for iPhone and Android.

Create a VoiceThread Presentation

Once you are set up with a new account, creating a VoiceThread is a two-step process. You begin by adding media, then add in your comments, commentary and voice over. Check out the video below for a basic overview.
