GovInfo.gov provides public access to official publications from all three branches of the Federal Government.
Oyez.org contains a wide range of primary and secondary materials related to the U.S. Supreme Court. Of particular note, Oyez.com offers audio recordings of selected oral arguments.
The Public Library of Law provides access to a wide range of resources including, state cases back to 1977, federal cases from the U.S. Supreme Court and Courts of Appeals, federal statutory law and codes from all 50 states, regulations, court rules, forms, and constitutions.
Library of Congress' American Memory Collection includes searchable, browse-able records from the Continental Congress through the 43rd United States Congress, 1774-1875.
