How do I join a Google Meets event in Brightspace?
In Brightspace, on the course home page, there is a calendar widget on the right side of the window. Your faculty may use this calendar to allow you to see when assignments are due. Also, Google Meets events may be added to this calendar.
If you see a "Join Google Meets" link on the calendar, click that link to attend the Google Meets event. Google may ask you to verify your email after clicking the "Join Google Meets" link. Be sure to enable or allow your computer's microphone and camera when prompted to do so. Then, click the "Join Now" link.
